I always feel funny sharing vacation photos. Who really wants to view another person’s vacation, espesially if they are sharing 1000 images — I didn’t shoot 1000 images, luckily. Although, I have edited down the images, it is still a photo heavy post.
Here are the images that show the essence of our trip.
Nikon F100 | Fuji Superia X-TRA 400
Seth and I ended 2014 by getting married. It was the best day of 2014. I felt like the smiliest bride and my cheeks were hurting by midnight. Needless to say, most people don’t shoot their own wedding, but I managed to get a few shots. Our friends, mostly photographers, captured the main event. A big thank you to the fabulous Jen Sosa for being our unofficial official photographer. You can see her images on my Facebook page.
Contax 645 | Kodak Portra 160
Whenever we visit the Outer Sunset, we always pop into The General Store SF. The store is stocked with unique finds, vintage items, ceramics, etc. It doesn’t matter if we are there to make a purchase or not, the backyard is our final destination once we make it to the back of the store. Perfectly sized, landscaped for the cold ocean climate, so incredibly well curated and the greenhouse as the main feature. We enjoy eating out on the deck and letting Olive roam around. I’m pretty sure we never leave without taking at least one photo. If you’re ever in the Outer Sunset, The General Store is a must visit.
Hasselblad 500CM | Kodak Portra 400
some images from a day with my lovely friend Chrystine. our kids play together, we talk about photography, food, coffee, tea and photography. it’s always fun and relaxing. Chrystine is a fellow photographer, it’s natural we bring out the cameras, set up a few scenes to shoot or we just let it happen with kids running around. sometimes, a certain cat will get in on the photo action too.
Contax Aria | Kodak Portra 160
some random images from a roll of expired fuji npz 800. a lovely little gift from my friend jen sosa.
