Maison Premiere

We recently traveled to the east coast to visit my husband’s family in New Jersey.  While there, we carved out a couple of days to visit NYC. Top on our list was Maison Premiere in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Entering Maison Premiere was like stepping back in time, the interior impeccably designed, all the way down to the paint on the walls (which seemed more like layers of beautifully aged stains), leather bench seats, bent wood cafe chairs, and stylish mixologists and waitstaff with bowties and long waist bistro chef aprons.

They are known for their oyster bar and excellent selection of absinthe. We sampled their brunch menu, oysters and various cocktails. Perfection would be the best decriptive term to describe Maison Premiere, all the way down the service. No need to say more.

I think San Francisco is prime for it’s own Maison Premiere.

  • This is stunning. Mane I’ll make it New York one day. Love you’re work always looks so pro, even if your just there to enjoy the place. Thanks for always inspiring.

  • Beautifully photographed.

I like the stylized touch of the wait staff. It’s something not seen too much these days.

  • Love the photos, the colors and the tones. Light and shadows play well together. My preference is for the 4th photo , the round table and the frames of the window…
