celebrating 30

I was delighted when my good friend Nathiya asked me to shoot her 30th year portraits. The day was incredibly fun with a relaxed aptmosphere and there was a delicious Japanese style hot pot lunch we enjoyed together. Thank you to both Nathiya and Soraj.

Also, I made a fun gif from the session and if you’re so inclined, it can viewed here.

Here’s to your 30s, Nathiya.

  • Beautiful, beautiful photos. And, may you and your family have a Merry Christmas!

  • Cindy you have a lovely blog and it highlights really wonderful work! I’m a fellow Contax 645 shooter and struggle using Fuji 400H indoors; you seem to have mastered it! I overexpose by 2 stops, shooting at 160 ISO, however even at f2.0 most indoor lighting situations don’t allow a shutter faster than 1/30 or slower. Are you typically shooting at these slow shutter speeds?
